  1. This is an agreement between the undersigned, hereinafter referred to as “Customer,” and Muench Photo Studio, hereinafter referred to as “Studio.”
  2. It is understood that Studio is the exclusive official photographer, and others taking photographs will be permitted only at the discretion of the Studio.
  3. Digital images will not be delivered until any balance is paid in full. To expedite development, all balances due must be paid on the day of the event.
  4. Although Studio agrees to give digital images to customer, Studio maintains copyright of all images and reserves the right to use wedding images and/or reproductions for display or publication. Customer is licensed to make unlimited reproductions for non-commercial purposes. Use of images for commercial purposes requires studio permission.
  5. Should the Customer cancel the Studio’s services for the wedding date specified in the Agreement, the customer realizes that it could result in damages to the Studio. Since it is impossible to foresee the extent of these damages at that time, it is agreed that the retainer paid to the Studio will not be refunded but rather be considered as liquidated damages to compensate the Studio for loss of income, rather than as a penalty.
  6. Studio takes the utmost care with respect to the exposure, digital transfer and delivery of photographs; however, in the event the Studio fails to comply with any of the terms of the Agreement, for any reason, the Studio’s liability is limited to refund of all monies paid by Customer.
  7. Studio takes all precautions to arrive on time to event. In the unlikely case Photographer is unable to attend, for any reason, Studio's liability is limited to refund all monies paid by Customer.
  8. Wedding pictures are taken with available background. Photographer is prohibited from moving objects or performing any cosmetic duties. Performance of these functions is solely the responsibility of the customer.
  9. Additional time is charged at an agreed rate of $200 per hour, or any portion thereof. Studio will warn customer 10min prior to expiration of previously agreed coverage time, and will charge additional coverage at said rate if customer asks photographer to continue.
